How do we protect your holiday?

Our answers to your questions

Our goal is to make you feel safe, free and carefree on vacation in our beautiful Gabicce, even in uncertain moments like these!


For the summer of 2020 we have therefore prepared to host you safely with some special precautions. Here are the answers to questions you might have about how hotel services will be managed:

How will check-in and check-out take place?

Check-in can be done online. Before your arrival, you will receive from us an email with the subject: skip the line! The request to fill in the form with your data will allow us to speed up the arrival procedures at the hotel. Even the pre-account will be sent to you by email and the balance can be made by credit card or bank transfer.


• What service do you offer at meals?

At the entrance of the rooms there will be a station with sanitizing gel to disinfect the hands.

You can order breakfast the night before to have it in your room or eat it under an umbrella or directly in our restaurant room.

The service will always be organized directly at the table in complete safety.

The vegetable and breakfast buffet will probably undergo some changes, always respecting the protocol and safety rules for guests!

This year the spaces between the tables in our Orto di Mare restaurant will be even more comfortable in a fresh and bright seafront view!

Also as an alternative to lunch at the Orto di Mare restaurant, you can enjoy our "MANGIASPIAGGIA" with flip flops and pareo at the MAGARI ... Beach Bar or directly under an umbrella. It consists of a different single Menu of the day + plus mixed vegetables, mineral water included, from 12:30 to 14:00


• How is the room cleaned?

Dora, Maria and Rita always tidied up your room to guarantee the safety of hygiene, cleanliness and relaxation. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sanitized with viricidal products and the cleaning cloths are changed for each room. The TV remote control is inside to the hermetically sealed bag, as well as the room key that will be given to you upon arrival. The main focus is on the disinfection of objects that are touched more frequently such as handles, light switches, elevator buttons etc. or if you prefer that no one enters I your room, you can decide to use the Self Cleaning Kit (sponge, cloth, cleaning products) and manage the cleaning in your room by yourself.


• Can I change the dates of my vacation?

For customers who want to change the dates of their stay, it will be possible to make any modification free of charge or receive a voucher to be used by September 2021 for the value equal to the deposit, provided that the modification or cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of arrival. In case of an emergency, we will refund the deposit even if you cancel the day of your arrival!


• When do you open the hotel? Is it possible to book now?

We will be ready to open on June 13th. For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, the deposit will be paid only 7 days before the arrival date.


• Help us keep everyone safe!

In order to live a safe and peaceful holiday we also need your help! Keep the safety distance of 1 meter, especially at the buffet, always use our excellent hand sanitizing gel, especially before getting into the lift and when you access the common rooms. You can use the lift, but one at a time or with a family unit.
